AFTER BOOKING
You will receive a confirmation email, and you will also receive a 48 hour reminder text. For the best experience, we recommend being well hydrated for massage and facial appointments.
WHEN YOU GET THERE
We are located within Beauty C Studios. When you arrive, feel free to use the restroom and wait in the main lobby if we’re not there. Otherwise, we will meet you there.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
We don’t require a deposit, but we do require a card on file to book your appointment. No-shows or changes made within 24 hours will be charged a 50% service fee.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do that via your booking confirmation 24+ hrs in advance. If you need to make changes within 24 hours, please message us directly via messages or Instagram (@chicananailsandspa).
