What is our Deposit & Cancellation Policy?
We don’t require a deposit, but we do require a card on file to book your appointment. No-shows or changes made within 24 hours will be charged a 50% service fee.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do that via your booking confirmation 24+ hrs in advance. If you need to make changes within 24 hours, please message us directly via messages or Instagram (@chicananailsandspa).

What is our No Show Policy?
For no-show appointments, we will charge 50% of the service missed. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you soon!

What is our Children Policy?
For the safety of all our guests, we kindly ask that no children be brought into the spa. Due to the use of specialized equipment and chemicals, we want to ensure the safety of everyone. Thank you for your understanding!

What add-ons do we offer for spa services?
We offer a variety of $20 add-ons to enhance your spa experience.
Choose from options like hot stones, a soothing scalp treatment, cupping therapy, a rejuvenating foot scrub, a nourishing lip scrub, or a gentle prenatal treatment (1 add-on included with service for members).
For an extended experience, we also offer a Therapeutic Eye Treatment or a relaxing Face Massage, each adding 10 minutes to your service (Free add-on for 90 minute members/no time added).

Do we have memberships?
YES, we have a membership program for our spa services.
We offer two plans based on the length of services: 60-minute and 90-minute options. These memberships include pedicures, facials, massages, and a free add on. This monthly subscription is perfect for clients who visit regularly and want to save money while enjoying perks like included add-ons, priority booking and reduced prices.
Nail services are not included in our membership, except for pedicures.

Do I still get rewards if I'm not a member?
Absolutely! Non-members receive 50% off after their 10th service. We’ll notify you by email once you’ve earned this discount.

What happens if I don’t use my monthly membership service? Does it roll over?
If you don’t use your monthly service, your credit will roll over to the next month. You can save it for later or even gift it to a family member or friend—because self-care should be flexible and shareable!
